These folks are the best!!!!!Ever since obtaining my first pair of eyeglasses 23 years ago, just the thought of enduring another almost annual ordeal of exams and new glasses was most unpleasant. Your superb eyeglasses AND the exemplary product/service provided by Dr. S and all the staff are a blessing! The entire experience far exceeded any expectations I had. The young lady who assisted me through the most of the process (intake, selecting, fitting, paying, correspondence involved, and pick up) was superb as displayed by her demeanor of genuine care for me as a patient/customer, with kindness and patience. She is very bright and knowledgeable and took the time to thoroughly explain. It appeared that she had a team-first attitude as evidenced by the willingness to admit when she wasn't sure of an answer and then being humble enough to ask a co-worker.Actually, every person I encountered on phone calls and both office visits were friendly, helpful, competent, and professional. Everyone’s sense of humor was appreciated as well…it made the experience even better! A grateful and satisfied patient.
